Q: What is your pricing model?
A: We have a tiered pricing model, based on the number of videos you enable each month. Feel free to contact us for specifics.

Q: What video formats/containers do you support?
A: We fully support QuickTime 6 and above, including all of the supported codecs, as well as Flash 7 and above. We are working on supporting Windows Media, and anticipate complete support by third-quarter 2007.

Q: Why should I use Aweli's Phoebe service?
A: We provide unbiased, third-party viewing statistics for videos. There are two reasons this is important:
   (1) if you're paying someone based on their stated viewership, ask yourself "Who's providing the numbers?"
   (2) just because someone downloaded or subscribed to your video, doesn't mean they watched it

Q: How does using Aweli's Phoebe service affect my media files and production?
A: As a final step you process your video through an "enabling" application. The application clones your audio and video, including any metadata you've added, and then injects a small amount of code to the final file. You can then distribute the final file via your own server, hosting facility, or even P2P networks.

Q: Can I use Aweli to verify an my advertisement has been displayed?
A: It will depend on the ad network and their distribution methods. If the network is distributing your final video file, or has subscribed to our Phoebe service, then, yes, Aweli can verify your ad's display.

Q: Are you building an open advertising market?
A: Not quite. But we certainly hope to be a piece in making such a market a reality.
