At the core of every service Aweli provides is our patent-pending, verified viewing service called Phoebe. Phoebe is capable of determining whether a video program, or segment of a program such as a commercial message or product placement, has been displayed. The service is also capable of determining whether the video was displayed in its entirety, or just partially such as when a commercial is skipped by the viewer. The service has been designed to work with video that is distributed online, or broadcast through traditional means.
